After firing off literally hundreds of texts to various teams Amos returned my text with the news that they would be able to give us a game, pending confirmation tomorrow. This is absolutely quality news after a string of brilliant results for 1811 Witchery leading to them scooping a prestigious piece of silverware, namely the Plockton Super Cup with emphatic victories over Plockton FC and Kyle FC which you can read about here. A competition that would be tremendous to get involved in as Plockton looks like a beautiful place and it would be a pretty brilliant wee tour for us to go on, but of course that rests on many other factors which I’d have to initiate at some stage. But anyway, expect another one of these posts tomorrow when Amos gets back to me.
